When you review the treatment plan in session with the patient.

Emails are not to be sent about patients as we cannot count those documents as part of their medical record

1. Create new encounter
2. Complete referral using correct template
3. Make encounter 00DO Not Bill
4. Create a transaction
5. Message the correct person to view the referral in the timeline

When do you change the status of an appointment to Seen/Checked Out?
After the note is completed. The appointment status should be left as In Room or note not signed until it is completed, locked, and billed.
