What does CBT stand for? How would CBT help someone dealing with anxiety?

What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT can help someone dealing with anxiety by looking at the thoughts or situations that are worrying them, and figuring out what they could do different to reduce anxiety. This includes changing you thoughts overtime and doing things that reduces anxiety in a healthy way.
