Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance, but we do provide statements you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement and we offer a range of fees. Most of our clients receive benefits from the insurance company.

What is phone coaching?
Clients can call their individual clinician any time throughout the week for phone coaching. They can ask for help applying the skills in real time. There is no additional fee, it is included in the individual session fee.

What is the difference between CBT and DBT?
While both teach skills that help improve daily functioning and life satisfaction, DBT is based on mindfulness and is multi component with individual, group, and phone-coaching.
