Yes; Intinct will update every 4-5 min. Make sure that Dr, Ward and cage card information is up to date.

Making sure that we are not duplicating records that are already attached and not having to scan them again

Yes; even through ER- for A&E appointments make sure that it is in the room for the appointment.

Yes; This helps reduce the amount of charts that are filed away.

Are Shunt hunts done in Clearwater? 

Take down patients information and/or make appointment- let IM service know about appointment but use a disclaimer- some liver AUS are done in TPA but we will discuss with your veterinarian and reschedule if necessary.

DEA/NPI numbers for pharmacy's- how to resolve?

Tell Pharmacist to input the license number in the State License Box and they can move forward with the prescription

How do you correctly make an OPUS or OP Echo appointment? 

Confirm with rDVM for consult vs OPUS- OPUS is blue slots on IM's Schedule and Echo's in green on Karens schedule. *Clinic Name; Pet Name Last Name, Breed, M/F and Color. Notes section- reason and owners phone #
