What is cheating?

What is exercising Respect for others is a skill that cadets and leaders develop over time. Cadets recognize that as leaders, they are responsible for instilling a respectful climate in their cadet companies, on their athletic teams, and in their clubs?
A form of gender discrimination that involves unwelcomed sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature between the same or opposite genders.
What is sexual harassment?
Any conduct whereby a Service member or members regardless of service, rank, or position, and without proper authority, recklessly or intentionally causes a Service member to suffer or be exposed to any activity that is cruel, abusive, humiliating, oppressive, demeaning, or harmful with the intent to include a person in a group.
What is Hazing?
To wrongfully take, obtain, or withhold, by any means, from the possession of the owner or any other person any money, personal property, article, or service of value with the intent to (a) permanently deprive or defraud another person of the use and benefit of the property or (b) appropriate it to either their own use or the use of any person other than the owner

What is Sexual Assault?
Any conduct whereby a Service member or members, regardless of service, rank, or position, intends to exclude or reject another Service member through cruel, abusive, humiliating, oppressive, demeaning, or harmful behavior, which results in diminishing the other Service member’s dignity, position, or status with the intent to exclude a person from a group.
What is bullying?
Failing to report an unresolved incident with Honor implications to a member of the Cadet Honor Committee, the chain of command, or a member of the USMA Staff and Faculty, within a reasonable amount of time, usually considered to be 24 hours.
