What are that YPS are expected to sit and be fully engaged and present at assigned tables at all meals unless there is at least 1 cabin leader at each table in which case they may sit at the staff/teacher tables?

What is you can pick up your labeled snack bin by 3:30pm from the back deck and are required to fully clean up any space you use of snack scraps/crumbs (ideally having your students clean up). *You may be radioed/contacted to return to your snack spot if it is not clean*
The protocol for approving your time card.
What is after your supervisor informs you that your time card is ready for approval every other Friday and you must approve your time card before you leave work that Friday? *You must ensure arrangements are made for approving your time card if you are out sick or on vacation on an approval day*
The process to report anything broken, malfunctioning, in need of repair.
What is it when you fill out a maintenance ticket found in the Copy/Mail room and place it in the "Facilities" mailbox for non-emergencies, or when you radio Facilities on channel 3 or call a director immediately for emergencies (fire, broken pipe in bathhouse, severe damage to property)?
The start and end times for Naturalists assigned to meal set ups and clean ups.
What are 15 minutes prior to the start of the meal until 1sts are completed for set ups, and at the start of 2nds until 15 minutes after the meal for clean ups?

What is the Naturalist hikes in the front of the group, the Cabin Leader/YPS take the rear, and students in between? *Naturalists should keep students together enough to able to conduct a full face count at all times unless on a solo walk or professor hike*
The procedure for calling out sick.
What is contacting your direct supervisor AND a director ideally before 5pm the day prior or as early as possible, confirming they have received your need for a sick day and checking in by 4pm the following day about your future status? *Even if you are not sure if you will be in the next day, notify your supervisor/director of the possibility as early as possible*

All radios have codes for emergencies labeled on the radio. Radios dialogue must be professional as they are monitored. *Radios are part of your uniform, must be on your person, easily accessible, and turned on and at an audible volume at all times*
