How do I update the 75 mile radius under service area?
The 75 mile radius isn't automatically applied when using radius. Select the drop down and enter in your desired radius and zip code.
How do I respond to an invite?
Select an invite and top right you can respond with bidding, not bidding, and under review.
I can’t find a project, but I know it exists. How can I find it?
You can run a project name search. If you can't locate the project by name, please send an email to our content case at contentcase@constructconnect.com. Please give them as much information regarding the project as you are aware of. This will help the content team try to locate the project.
How do I remove a project from my watch list?
Click the star to the left of the project
Can I print document?
Yes you can but you will have to download the documents first then download them to your computer.
As a GC, do I need to fill out trades and service area?
No, the trades section is not important to you as a GC but the additional preference you can set up.
Why don't I see all my projects under the calendar view?
Under calendar you will need to select inbox on the filters bar
Why do all my projects have bid dates of the past?
On the left hand side you should locate the filters bar. You can add in the bidding status to help with finding currently bidding projects.
I am receiving an email on predicted projects, how can I stop receiving that email?
Click on your name top right, select settings and privacy, you will see Daily Project Update, and unselect Send new predicted projects to my email daily.
Can I add additional keywords?
Yes, in the search bar on the left of the document viewer. You will have to put quotation marks around the keyword.
As a sub, why do I need to set up my predict preferences?
As a Sub, this will allow you to be promoted to subcontractors to our GC's and see how well a project matches what you selected here on project
This is an invite from a GC directly but you can search for the project under the magnify glass. You can run a project name search to find the project if listed in ConstructConnect.
As a final cleaning company, what do I search for?
You can use the filters bar on the left. I recommend to focus on..
Project Status: Award and Bid Results
Location: Select what area you are looking to work in
Project type: Additions, Renovation, Remodel, New Construction.
Will the Companies I put on my Watch List be notified that I am tracking them?
No this is for you as a user, no one is notified that you are tracking them.
I do final cleaning, what trades do I select?
Under trades, select keyword an type final cleaning. This will show two trades that you can select.
How am I promoted to GC's?
You are promoted based on the trades and service area you selected under your profile predict preferences.
How do I edit a search?
You can select the saved search and make adjustments to the search. Once you update your search click save search top right. This will update your already created search.
Can I receive notifications from another email address that's not my log in?
No, you will only be able to received updates to the email you get logged in with. If you need to update the email address you log in with, please reach out to your account manager.
As an electrical contractor, what trades should I select?
Under division, you will be able to select under trades division and you'll see division 26.
How do I stop receiving invites outside of my service area?
Under your name, select settings and privacy an you'll see under invitations you'll see allow invites outside of my service area. Unselect this to no longer receive invites outside of your service area.
Can searches be shared with other users?
They can not be shared but what we can recommend is that you send a screenshot of your filters on the left side.
As a supplier do I need to fill out the prequal form?
Normally this is used by subcontractors to confirm they can work on the project.
