The probation officer will notify the supervisor/manager or another probation officer/administrative support personnel.

When is SPIn NOT required

•With the Case Review •Any time a Court Order ends while other Court Orders remain active, or adds additional, or changes existing legal obligations which results in a significant change in the client's circumstances
When is the Case Plan to be updated?

The sending probation officer will complete the Case Review if it is due within 30 days from the first scheduled reporting time at the receiving office (whether or not the client reports on that date).
What happens when supervision is transferred to another office?

Do not require another probation officer or peace officer to be present.
What is Field visits conducted at a public location? (However, home visits to a private residence or a private location will be conducted with another probation officer or peace officer unless otherwise approved by a manager/supervisor.)
