Complete 3 phone calls to the last know number over two weeks, complete one in person home visit, staff completed steps and mail an outreach letter that includes dates of attempted contact. Client has 5 days to respond. 30 days of no contact.
If an employee with OSH received a speeding ticket over 15 mph are they responsible to inform HR?
