The client's (or your) machine needs to update to your company's latest OS release. This is common, and a high level security concern. Try to keep everyone's machine as up to date as possible.

I lost a very important file
Check File Explorer, Recent Files, Deleted, Desktop, Check Docs, Downloads, Check Browser downloads, consider Windows Restore point, ask IT engineering team to rollback client's machine, restore a backup point.
No video when I join conference calls
Check the platform settings (Teams for example), to see if a camera is recognized. May need drivers, a BIOS update, OEM Service, or external USB camera.
Says no connection to internet!
Could be bad WIFI card, bad internet cable, wrong domain, improper OS installation.

If bluetooth, could be batteries, could need recharge. If batteries are fine but still no response, try machine restart, USB drivers are through BIOS updates, so consider a BIOS update. Or, simply replace peripherals.

Open a ticket with the IT service desk/help desk. Set up an appointment to have the laptop delivered to you or dropped off by client. Arrange a temporary loaner/replacement assignment for the client.

CC your manager, CC the client's manager. In Outlook, you can double click someone's name, click Organization, and you will see who someone is managed by.

Check Default Apps >Default browser, copy/paste link into a browser address bar to test, if the link is a shortcut to an application, retry application install, or log out/login process.

Overheating.. could be overload, could be bad thermal design- Surface laptops can be notoriously bad with thermals and performance is impacted. Thick, older laptops also have big old fans that never get cleaned!

Adjust screen resolution for client.. increase size of text/icons from 100% to 150, 175, etc. Monitor contract and brightness can help. Laptops are especially small and notoriously dimly lit.
Need to add a printer!
If it's your job, pull your resources and ask the client to schedule an appointment with you if needed. If it's not your job, it's not to be able to point people in the right direction. Forward them the IT guide, or inform them of the ticket process to get a printer installed.

You should definitely express that you learned something, and reference a specific detail that you remember- like you learned in information interviewing and mock interviews!
