Sometimes students leave the classroom or school area without permission.
This is called elopement.



Elopement can happen when someone feels angry, bored, overwhelmed, or upset.

In our classroom, we are a team — just like the Autobots. Every team has a mission.
Our classroom mission is to:
Stay safe
Show respect
Help each other learn
Optimus Prime reminds us that strong leaders follow the rules to protect everyone.

Jett loves to move fast and help others.
But even Jett knows everyone needs their own space.
In our classroom, we all have a personal space bubble.
Staying in my space helps everyone feel safe.
Tralalero Tralala loves to talk.
Lirili Larila loves to be silly.
But even silly characters use words that affect others.
Some words make people laugh with us.
Some words make people feel bad.
I can learn which words are okay at school.


When I leave the classroom without permission, adults worry about my safety.
I could get hurt or lost.

Staying in class helps keep me safe.

Bumblebee is fast and powerful — but he knows when to slow down.
In our classroom, safe bodies mean:
Keeping hands and feet to ourselves
Walking instead of running
Staying in our space
When we use safe bodies, everyone stays protected.

In our classroom, safe bodies mean:
Hands to myself
Feet on the floor
Body facing forward
No touching others’ bodies
Safe bodies show I care about others.

Kind and respectful words sound like:
“Nice job”
“My bad”
“Can I play?”
“Please stop”
These words fill buckets and keep the class calm.


If I feel like running out of the room, I have other choices.

Ask for a break
Use calm-down tools
Raise my hand for help
Take deep breaths
Sit in the calm area


Transformers use words to work as a team.

In our classroom, respectful words sound like:
“Please”
“Stop”
“I need help”
“I’m sorry”
Mean words or gestures can hurt others, just like weapons.
Key message: “Words can build or destroy — choose wisely.”

Sometimes Donnie feels excited or silly.
That happens to kids too!
When I feel silly, I can:
Take a deep breath
Sit on my chair
Squeeze a fidget
Ask for a movement break

These choices help me stay in my space.
Tung Tung Tung Sahur is loud and surprising.

Some words cause chaos, like:
Name-calling
Swear words
Slurs
Threats
Mean jokes about bodies or families
Even if someone laughs, these words hurt buckets and break trust.
Important rule: “Funny to one person ≠ funny to everyone”

It is okay to need help.
Telling an adult how I feel is a good choice.

Adults are here to help me calm down and solve problems.

Even Transformers need help sometimes.
When I feel angry, bored, or overwhelmed, I can:

Asking for help helps me stay in control.

Choose better words
I control my mouth. My mouth does not control me.

When I stay in class, I stay safe and earn trust.
Each time I make a safe choice, I get better at handling big feelings.

I am learning how to stay in class and ask for help.

When I follow classroom expectations, I am being a hero.
