Each year, before the end of the fiscal year, the President/CEO and the Executive/Administrative team meet to determine if the budget allows for adjustments, increases, or a Cost of Living, as well as set the SEP Plan contribution rate. The team considers various factors including healthcare costs, building costs, and Federal, State, County and City contract allocations
Can you use PTO before you earn it?
No. However you can ask the CEO/President to borrow up to 10 days in a benefit year.

How often our performance reviews completed for employees?
New employees receive an evaluation on their third (3) and sixth (6) month anniversary as part of their introductory period. Performance evaluations are then conducted on an annual basis thereafter. Evaluations may also be conducted in the event of a position transfer, promotion, or significant change in duties and responsibilities.
