A parameter that is automatically read and vary during production
What is a dynamic centerline?
A tool used to document unforeseen changes that require immediate action to mitigate risks, prevent accidents, or address critical issues.
What is a Emergency Global Change Control (eGCC)?
A process used to identify out of base condition standards. After lack of base condition is found, a plan is usually made to restore it. Centerlines that are not at base condition can be tracked through this process.

Varies based on specific production goals and integrates with other systems

A centerline adjustment sheet utilized to document centerline changes made.
What is an orange centerline sheet?
A specialized platform designed to manage and streamline the documentation and processes related to health, safety, and environmental compliance within an organization. Centerlines help our lines run more efficiently and require less touches.
What is the Safety/HSE DMS?
Necessary to apply specific rules that trigger actions based on certain states within a process.
What is a condition centerline?
An evaluation or assessment of Centerline compliance and adherence. This evaluation might include an assessment on if there's a designated owner.
What is a centerline health check?
Used in organizations to establish daily objectives, priorities, and action plans for teams or departments. Reestablishing base condition of centerlines might be a priority set by the team to complete for the day.
