How often do you need to plug in?
Each time you successfully plug in, you’ll get scheduled up until your next appointment day. You don’t need to plug in again until you’ve finished those shifts.
What if you need to call out?
1. Call 877-618-1236 (then dial 2)
2. Leave a voicemail to remove yourself from the job site at least one hour before the start time.
Otherwise you will automatically receive an unexcused absence and your account will be on hold.

Why don't you get a regular schedule, like at other jobs?
People’s schedules and levels of commitment change so often, it’s almost impossible to schedule sites more than a few days in advance. We also want to keep things flexible so that we can place you in long term employment ASAP.
What happens if you miss a work day or vocational meeting?
Your CEO account will be placed on hold and you will be required to have a conversation with your Job Coach or Job Developer before returning back to crew.
