This law teaches you to eat nutritious food, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep. When you are obedient to this law, you remain free from harmful addictions and have control over your life.

This man was 22 years old when he was called to be a bishop, and only 36 years old when he was called to the Quorum of the 12 Apostles. As a prophet, he wiggled his ears for everyone in General Conference!
Who is Thomas S. Monson?
This man hid sacred records in the Hill Cumorah after receiving them from his father. As an angel, he guarded them for centuries and told Joseph Smith where to find them.
Who is Moroni?
This temple was destroyed by fire in the 1800s and was rebuilt and dedicated in 2002.
What is the Nauvoo Temple?
THIS SECTION in FSOY teaches us to "treat everyone with kindness and respect, and refrain from judging and criticizing those around you. Do not participate in any form of bullying."
