The value of each digit in a number based on the location of the digit.
Place Value
A number multiplied by another number to find a product.
Factor
Opposite operations, or operations that undo each other.
Inverse operations
A number that shows how many times the base is used as a factor
Exponent
In two dimensions, one side of the triange or parallelogram that is used to help find the area.

Numbers that are easy to compute with mentally.
Compatible Numbers
The number that is to be divided in a division problem.
