Is used for banquets or group meals and small discussions. Rounds that are five or six feet in diameter, seating eight-to-ten people each, are best.
What is Banquet Style.
The blending of business travel with some attached leisure.
The setup style has an open space between the tables so that a presenter can stand with a lectern and screen.

Also known as exhibitions, expositions, or expos. These events usually have a targeted audience and are sponsored by trade organizations.

Ideal for lectures and instruction where guests take notes. The style is appropriate for 10 or more attendees.

What is Request For Proposal (RFP)
Events that involve a physical competition between individuals or teams, usually in front of a live audience. They are governed/ sanctioned by a set of rules.
What are Sporting Events.
Funded b y the company and offered as a reward to their best employees. The purpose is to make attendees feel special. Relaxation and reward are key.
What are Incentive Meetings.
Is appropriate for longer viewing sessions and with larger audiences. The floor may be tiered, much like that of a movie theatre. The rows are sometimes curved, and in some cases, they may have flip-up desks for attendees to take notes.
