This is the state of perfect happiness and union with God forever.

This is the main punishment of Hell—the loss of something infinitely good.

This judgment happens immediately after a person dies.
What is the Particular Judgment?
Purgatory removes this effect of sin that the souls in Purgatory feel while waiting.
