Result of farmers being jailed and loosing land over the war debt.

Plan that had one house with each state getting one vote.
What is the New Jersey plan?
Process where there is a proposal with 2/3 of states and congress agreeing to it and a ratification with 3/4 of states agreeing.

When powers are split into different branches.
What are separation of powers?
A series of essays defending the constitution.
What are the federalist papers?
Congress couldn't pass a law unless 9/13 states voted for it and any change to the articles needed all 13 states to agree.
What are the weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation?
Someone who supports the constitution.

Interpretation of Constitution where it follows it word by word.
What is the strict interpretation of the Constitution?
Things in the constitution that limit the potential of other branches getting too powerful.
