The Ribbon
The command interface that appears at the top of all Microsoft Office applications.
What is the Ribbon?
The application that allows you to explore all your files.
What is File Explorer?

What is copy?
The two options for how a document is printed.
What is portrait and landscape?
Place where you can find documents that have not been saved, interrupted, and or recently deleted.
What is the recycle bin?
The command tab that allows you to save, print, and open other files.
What is File?
Use this to sort files in alphabetical order.
What is Name?

What is the window called if it s running but hidden from view.
What is Minimize?
You do this to open a saved file
What is double click?
The command tab that allows you to change the font, text size paragraph and styles.
What is Home?
Use this to sort files from earliest save file to latest saved file and vise versa
What is Date?

What is exit?
The feature that allows you to create a name for your document if the file has not yet been save.
What is "Save As" ?
Do this to create a duplicate of a saved file.
What is Copy?
The tab command that allows you insert a picture, audio, video, table, clip art and other additions to your document

Use this to sort files by largest and smallest
What is Size?

What is select all?
The feature that allows you to make the view smaller or bigger.
What is Zooming?
Do this to change the location of a saved file

The tab command that allows you proof you work, change language, and add comments

Use this to sort files by file extension

Allows you trim the outer portion of an image on a document.
