What is Maximum Security Level?
Money given to qualified inmates released from the custody of the Department of Corrections as indicated in 33-601.502 F.A.C.

What do FCIC criminal histories contain?
Personal Identification Information - name, age, race, DOB, aliases, SSN
Florida Arrests and Registration History - offender based tracking system number, date of arrest, a county in which an arrest occurred, arresting agency, charge information
Court Disposition - whether the person was convicted, adjudication withheld, etc.
Community Custody Grade - inmates eligible for placement in a community residential facility.
Minimum Custody Grade - inmates who are eligible for outside work assignments but not for community grade custody.
Medium Custody Grade - inmates who are eligible for placement at a work camp with a secure perimeter but not outside work assignment without armed supervision.
Close Custody Grade - inmates who must be maintained within an armed perimeter, or under direct armed supervision when outside a secure perimeter.
Maximum Custody Grade - inmates who are sentenced to death.
What are the state custody grades and criteria?
Checking to make sure that any special conditions have been satisfied. Notifying others within the facility as required. Assisting an inmate in obtaining a certified copy of their birth certificate and their state identification card or replacement driver's licenses. Notify the inmate of their upcoming release. Notify any victims. Resolve any grievances or claims for damage or loss. Provide inmates with a toll-free hotline for post-release referrals for community-based re-entry services. Obtain a DNA sample. Check for warrants or detainers.
