is a period of time where you take a step back from your individual chapter to represent all Panhellenic chapters. Disassociation is beneficial for all Recruitment Guides, Logistics Team, and Panhellenic Executive Board Members since it allows for all Recruitment team members to remain unbiased and have a successful Fall Recruitment.

What are the steps of door knocks?
1. Walkie Talkie (ex: Alpha Alpha Check & Alpha Alpha heard)
2. Begin lining up the pnms
3. 5-minute knock
4. check attendance continuously & hype them upuntil the 3-minute knock to ensure placement
5. Hand attendance with any names crossed out and number of women present in line in the top right corner circled at the 3 minute mark
6. Hype up PNM until the 1 minute knock
7. Knock twice at the one-minute knock and ensure strict silence until chapter doors open and pnm file in
What occurs at morning meetings in detail?
You and your twin will be located at the spot given to you by Trishna everyone morning early and on time. Make sure PNM can find you, have a sign, play music, and make yourself known not hidden. Take attendance of all women and turn in no later than 9:30 to CSI. Icebreakers on spirit day and other fun games should be done. Give a rundown of the day, and what to expect, hand out schedules & answer any questions. Hand out name tags and T cards. Reiterate no BBB, no touching, and what a chapter should not do. Also give some example questions
When does FULL disaffiliation begin & end?
ENDS: Bid Day once we change into our letters and run back home!
BEGINS: Tuesday August 1 at 11:59 pm
What should rho gammas do in between rounds?
Help any lost PNMs, monitor hallways, and wait outside chapter doors until the round is over (REMEMBER to do the ending 5 minute, 3 minute and 1 minute knocks so do not leave)

What would you do if a PNM shows up late after attendance is given between the 3-minute and 1-minute knock and what would you do if a PNM shows up after all are let in
3 minute-1 minute: emergency knock and place them in the back of the line
after round begins: send them to CSI for schedule change
How would you write on attendance an absent, withdrawn, present, no show, excused absent pnm? What do you do about a no-show pnm?
P= present
W= withdrawn
NS= no show reach out to her & reach out to VPR or VPRNMR if she told you she is not returning to the recruitment process but has not officially done so as well. If they are arriving late send them to CSI
E= excused
What are the exceptions in disaffiliation?
If a position is held in the chapter, communication is done via email (professional)
Emergency in chapter position or personal life
How would you handle a situation where a PNM leaves and forgets to fill out the CSI sheet/does not turn in their name tag
You can not leave without every PNM name tag, you have to spam call them until they answer and they have to return back to the MSC, if they do not they will be released from the recruitment process.
