What is the difference between chapter directives and a full chapter probation? Who's responsible for 

Directives are enacted by the CCS and indicate that the chapter needs to take corrective actions to avoid the recommendation of facing further Fraternity actions such as probation.

Chapter probation is recommended by staff and/or volunteers and approved by the Executive Board. Probation indicates that the chapter has failed to comply with Fraternity policies, bylaws or directives and comes with event/programming restrictions for a minimum of one year.
