A trip to Howard University
What is the Cultural Thrust? or What is the HBCU Activation?
Distributed to mothers at least 30 days before the program activity
What is an Evite?
This event honors our founders AND our commitment to developing future African-American leaders
What is the Jack and Jill Rededication Ceremony?
Must be submitted within 30 days following an event.
What is a reimbursement voucher?
Is responsible for supporting Community Service programs
What is ALL Chapter members?
A Program for the Tweens that includes a tour of City Hall and an interactive session on how laws are approved for the city
What is the Civic Thrust?
Completed and submitted 60-90 days prior to the program activity
What is a Budget Worksheet?
Held in memory of a teen Jill that was killed in the 16th Street Baptist Church Bombing in 1963
What is Carole Robertson Day?
Must approve the budget for every program activity prior to communicating the costs to mothers
What is the Program Director?
Leads the chapter in developing and implementing strategies to provide inclusive programming for all children and teens
What is the We Are One Committee?
Programs that focus on food insecurity
What is the Civic Thrust? (Community Service focus area)
NEW for PY 24-25, must be completed within 7 days of the activity, if applicable

An event that began in 1948 under the direction of Dorothy Wright, our first National President.
What is Jack and Jill Day?
Where monetary donations and raffle tickets are included on the Program Budget Activity Worksheet
What is the Alternative Revenue Streams section?
Assigning a peer buddy or group ambassador for a grade group program

LPGA Leadership Academy, Jacks in the House, Jills Take Spellman
What are Partner Programs?
Two tasks performed on the day of the event to complete the Post Activity Report
