If a participant remains in the Medical PPO Plan (same or different option) and his or her claims administrator changes as a result of a move (change in ZIP code), or if the administrator adds or drops the participant’s ZIP code, or an expatriate repatriates, or an Expat in the US transfers to US Payroll he or she can request to have their deductible, out-of-pocket and lifetime maximum information transitioned between claims administrators.
