My customer paid for extended warranty on their phone. I just upgraded them. How do I intergrate that into RQ?
My Business customer had TMP on an upgrade I just sold them How can I ring that out?
You can not sell an extended warranty we only sell VMP to consumer accounts for phones.
The only exception is Business accounts. They have TMP which usually does NOT intergrate meaning you have to manually ring the sku out.
