Perform a county-wide search to make sure the voter is registered. If the voter is in the wrong precinct, give them the correct precinct information. If the voter is not in the pollbook, call the Registrars' office.

Yes, however, they must keep their distance and not interfere with the voting process

A voter comes in and presents a picture of their ID from their gallery on their phone. Is this an acceptable form of ID?
No, the only form of ID a voter can present from their phone is from the Virginia Mobile ID app.

Same Day Registration (SDR) and the voter was issued an absentee ballot, but does not have the ballot to surrender
