Approach them, ask for ID, discuss why they are there, if they are supposed to be there, ask them to leave if not supposed to be there.

Yes they do! They need to sign into the binders located at the connectors desk.

When do you need to wear goggles? 

When you are within six feet of someone. No more need to wear them outside.

No if you saw it, you need to report it. No one else can do this for you.

You need it to work alone. If you do not have one, you cannot be alone with the children.
