Why? The MOD brings ice and decides if the injury needs an accident report or further medical attention.

1. That staff writes down each child outside with a circled number of kids at the top.
2. As kids go inside, cross off kiddos going inside.
3. Make sure all kids have name tags on.
4. Communicate to staff inside you are taking kids inside within ratio.
5. If outside of ratio, we need additional staff to go outside with them.
6. Ensure weather conditions are appropriate to go outside.
