The child runs away weekly overnight to high crime areas, uses drugs, is sexually active with older peers, and assaults family members. FAPT recommends an out of home placement (parent agrees with this recommendation)
What meets CSA criteria for CHINS parental agreement?
Child is placed as an emergency TFC placement and the provider has 60 dates to complete this level.
