What is
Pods are harvested. Beans ferment& are shipped to factory where they are cleaned roasted & winnowed. They are then crushed in to cocoa liquor. Then the cocoa butter is extracted & added to other cocoa liquor along with other ingredients. Now the chocolate is conched. Then the chocolate is tempered. Tempering is when paddles keep the chocolate flowing as it is cooled and heated. Finally after a long time the chocolate is put into molds to harden. Then it is wrapped & shipped to your local grocery store.
