What is Low Christology?
LOW CHRISTOLOGY: Emphasizes or starts with the humanity of Jesus.
What is the Son of Man?
SON OF MAN: Self-Designation of Jesus . . . Messianic in nature . . . "Son of Man" can also simply imply "human," as in "mortal".
What is High Christology?
HIGH CHRISTOLOGY: Emphasizes or starts with the Divinity of Jesus.
What is Eschatology?
ESCHATOLOGY: Theology concerned with death, judgment, and the final destiny of the soul and of humankind . . . The End Times!
What is Parousia?
PAROUSIA: The Second Coming of Christ . . . The future visible return from Heaven of Jesus, to raise the dead, hold the Last Judgment, and set up formally and gloriously the kingdom of God.
