What are the steps to take for a witnessed collapse?
First, you check to see whether the scene is safe. Then, you gently tap the persons shoulder and ask "are you okay?" And if they don't respond have someone call 911 and get an AED. Then you begin chest compressions and do not stop until the AED is ready or paramedics arrive
