What is the call out procedure?
"If any member of the staff anticipates that he or she will not be able to report to work at their scheduled starting time, it is the responsibility of the staff member to notify the program supervisor at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. It is normally expected that 60 minutes notice will be provided in such circumstances as a major transit disruption, weather emergencies, home emergencies, childcare related situations, or other situations in which it could be reasonably expected that the staff member would have advanced notice for a delay"
