Responsible for processing indigestible food
How does food move through the esophagus?
Muscles contract behind the bolus to force food into the stomach
What happens to the Circulatory system when the Respiratory systems does not function properly?
Not enough oxygen gets to the body tissue and organs don't function properly.
What is the function of the Reproductive system?
Makes it possible for organisms to reproduce.

It removes waste from body.

Produces insulin and regulates sugar

It filters the blood coming from the digestive tract. As it does so, the liver secretes bile that ends up back in the intestines

It is made up of muscles and tissues that support the body and works with skeletal system
What happens when carbon dioxide builds up in the blood?
Breathing, heart rate and blood pressure increase
What is the Heart's purpose?
To pump blood through out the body
