Why do we have rules?
Rules help keep us safe and help everyone get along.
What is a “right”?
A right is something everyone should have — like safety, learning, or play.
What does “belonging” mean?
Belonging means feeling safe, welcome, and part of a group.
What is a citizen?
A citizen is someone who is part of a community. Just like all of you.
What does it mean to “take action”?
Doing something to help others or fix a problem.
What does it mean to be fair?
Being fair means everyone gets a chance and is treated with respect.
What does “quality of life” mean?
How happy, healthy, and safe people feel.
What does “diversity” mean?
Diversity means we are all different — in our families, cultures, and ideas.
What is a volunteer?
Someone who helps others without being paid. They put in their own time in helping others.
What is one way kids can take action?
Recycle, help a friend, or join a kindness project.
What is a responsibility?
Something you are expected to do, like helping each other or cleaning up.
What helps improve a person’s quality of life?
Having enough food, a safe home, friends, and people who care for you.
How can we show respect for people who are different?
We listen, include everyone, treat all people kindly, and learn about them.
How can students be good citizens at school?
Help a classmate, clean up, or help others learn.
How can taking action show good citizenship?
It shows responsibility and care for others.
