A place in which not many people would prefer to work. This job had been switched between Lina and Doon. It is underground and you have to wear equipment in order to work.

From this particular shop, Lina had bought something rather than buying what her grandma had needed. This was also the place near where Poppy had got lost during the blackout.

A job which makes others spend money on your trades and valuables.

On this day, many of the students in the School of Ember were nervous about receiving a responsibility that will be their new jobs.

Many people tried to find an exit out of Ember from this location. It is located near the trash heaps where Sadge was found.
