In North Korea, citizens might be tortured for saying that their country's leader was doing things wrong. In China, citizens protesting the government ended up missing. US citizens regularly say negative things about the government and how our president, whomever he may be at the time, is doing things wrong. US citizens aren't punished for that because we are protected by this amendment.

A woman in San Francisco was reported to be having a psychological emergency and needed to be taken to a hospital. The woman later sued the SF Police department because they came into her room when she said they couldn't, subdued her, and took her to a hospital against her will. She claimed that her rights were violated under this amendment.
What is the 4th amendment? No search and seizure without a warrant or owners consent. They came into her room searching for her, then seized her without a warrant or her consent.
