How is a bill created into a law?
1. Drafting a bill
2. Introducing a bill
3. The bill goes to the committee
4. Subcommittee reviews the bill
5. The committee might make some small changes
6. The House or Senate votes on the bill
7. Then whatever house hasn't voted will then vote.
8. Then the bill goes to the president, they can either approve it or veto the bill
9. Congress then can override the veto
