What the amendments in the Bill of Rights do in order of their number.
What is freedom of assembly, petition, press, religion, and speech, the right to bear arms, right not to be forced to quarter soldiers, protects from unreasonable searches and seizures, protection from being held for committing a crime unless properly indicted, can't be tried twice for the same crime, don't have to testify against yourself in court, speedy trial, impartial jury, accused can confront witnesses, accused must be allowed to have a lawyer, speedy civil trials, fair and not cruel punishment, no extraordinarily large fines, all rights not stated in the constitution and not forbidden by the constitution belong to the people, any power not granted to the federal government belongs to the states or to the people?
