Mailing Address (not the risk address!)
This tag is applied to claims/losses related to catastrophic events.
CAT Tag
A four digit number that represents a specific catastrophic event (named or unnamed).
CAT Code
The section of Snapsheet where we confirm the insureds, and reporters, contact information.
Notifier Details section
The number of auto adjusters that we have that are assigned claims.

This document, in addition to the claims acknowledgment email, is sent to the insured when a property claim in FL is filed.
Florida Homeowners Bill of Rights
This tag is applied when there is damage to the roof, shingles, or gutters and no damage to other parts of the home.
Roof Damage Only Tag
This adjuster sends out emails containing information about catastrophic events, the affected locations, and perils (type of damage).
Scott Fallon
Documentation that is automatically sent to the insured at the time a claim is filed, usually to notify them of the claim.
Claim Acknowledgment Letter/Email
The name of the Snapsheet tab where we first add the insureds vehicle to the claim.
Loss Information tab under the Insured Risks section.

Insured Risks section
This is the tag we would apply to a property claim located in West Palm Beach, FL.
FL East Tag
This person is responsible for adding the CAT tag to the claim once filed.

The loss category that is selected if the insured lost a scheduled or blanket item.
Theft/Vandalism
Hurricane Christian caused shingle damage to our insureds home located in Atlanta, GA. These are the tags that would be applied to the claim.
CAT Tag and Roof Damage Only Tag
This is the most expensive catastrophic event in US history.
