When is an appropriate time to ask to use the restroom?
- During individual or group work time
- Not during the main lesson
- Not the first 10 or last 10 minutes of class

-Before the bell rings get a calculator from the front of the classroom.
-At the end of class return your calculator to the correct numbered location when asked to clean up
If you miss a day of school are you responsible to make up the work you miss?
YES!!!!

What supplies should you always bring with you to class? List 4 of 5 required items.
-Pencil (Not a pen)
-Paper
-Binder/folder
-Charged Chromebook (especially in the morning)
-Chromebook Charger (remember I do not have any)
If you miss a paper assignment (that is not a quiz) where can you find it when you return?
In the day folder on the back of the door.
I will be changing this to a class folder so it does not move.
What should you do if you do not have headphones, a computer, a computer charger, or a pencil?
Quietly line up between Mrs. Thomas and Mrs. Lax's desks after the bell rings (within the first two minutes of class).
Where in the class can you find your student journals if needed?
On the front bookshelves.

If you are absent on a quiz day what is the policy for making up the quiz?
You need to come in after school or during PM FA on Wednesdays to make up any quizzes.
-If you are staying after school please schedule a time with me prior to showing up.
What is the expectation when you arrive to class?
-pick up a calculator
-straight to your seat (You need to be in your assigned seat when the bell rings)
-you may quietly talk to the people around you, but are not shouting out across the room.
-Prepare to begin the Do Now
-When the bell rings your voice should be off and you should be working.
Do you need permission to get hand hand sanitizer, tissue, or a cleaning wipe?
No. All supplies located on the top of the front bookshelf you do not need permission to use.
If you are absent the day a paper assignment is due when are you to turn it in?
The next time you are in class.
What is the correct dismissal procedure?
-Wait until a teacher tells you to clean up
- pick up all trash off the floor and table and throw it away
- put all supplies back where they go (organize the desk, return calculators, return borrowed materials)
- turn in any assignments you have been asked to submit.
-push in chair
*Stay at your assigned seat unless you are returning material or throwing trash away. This is not a time to wonder the room.
What should you do if you need a piece of paper for notes or an assignments?
The yellow basket under the TV has paper you are welcome to use for class purposes. This paper should not be used for drawling, paper airplanes, etc.
Who is responsible for making sure you have all of your missing assignments?
You are responsible for getting and completing missing work. I am more than happy to help you with it, but it is not my responsibility to make sure your pick up your assignment or make up your quiz. That is your job.
