Phones should be on airplane mode or shut off. They need to be put away in the cubbies in the back, in a bag or in your pockets. .
What does an "R" in the gradebook mean?
It means the assignment or test needs to be redone.
Friday Assignments are worth how much of your grade?

What happens if you are more than 10 min late on a lab day?
You get an alternate assignment that is worth 70% of the grade.
When is Friday work due? Can it be made up?
Friday work is usually due Sunday evening by 11:59 pm. No, Friday work cannot be made up.
If you are on your Chromebook, not paying attention, what is the consequence?
You will loose the privilege of using the the Chromebook. You will get to do the work by hand.
What is a food handlers permit?
It is a card that says you are safe to work with food. It is required for any job in the food industry.
How long do you have to make up missing work and labs?

Starting bell work as soon as you get into class.

$20 and no it is NOT required.
If you miss a lab, can you make it up? If so, how?
Yes. The lab has to be made up at home. If I can't make what we made in class, talk to Mrs. Hull for alternate options.
What happens if you sluff class?
You get a 0 on the assignments for the day. You miss out on the next lab.

What is the hall pass policy?
Each student gets 4 bathroom passes for the trimester. Create a hall pass in Minga. Take a hall pass. Get to the bathroom and back within 5 minutes. Close out the hall pass in Minga.

After school or on Fridays.
What is the policy on cheating?
You get a 0 on the test. It can not be made up. You will call your parents and tell them you cheated and explain what the consequences are.

Wait two minutes after class.
