If we abuse it we lose it. SO, if equipment is not used the correct way, we will not be able to use it until we can show that we are ready to be safe again.

Any of the coping strategies- ask for a break, use the break card, ask for a walk with a teacher, ask to go the the bean bag, use a fidget, get water, etc.
