No. Yelling will distract others. Inform the teacher. They might stop if they lose points or recess.
Bob is frustrated, but instead of taking a deep breath and telling the teacher how frustrated he is, he starts yelling at the teacher. What might happen next?
He will be asked to leave. He will lose points, at least one clip down, and a recess. If he can calm down and speak respectfully, it will end there. If not, a referral is next with more losses.
