What is Opera Buffa?

A comedic, light-hearted opera. Lenora claims that "The Magic Flute" is an example of Opera Buffa, it isn't. "The Magic Flute" is singspiel, a form of German folk opera, but I didn't write the test. On the test "The Magic Flute" is opera buffa. Mozart did write opera buffa ("Le Nozze de Figaro" (the marriage of Figaro), but "The Magic Flute" isn't opera buffa. Opera Buffa is in Italian. "The Magic Flute" (die Zaberflute) is in German.
