A break you take when you are not ready to learn. This break is not a reward but a way to get you regulated and ready to learn.

A student in the GIST program uses the their hallway bicycle to regulate with their adult's help. PBS uses other spaces/activities to regulate (fresh air breaks, going for walks, etc.) but the bicycles are not available to us.
