How do I know if I should turn in my paper assignment or not AND Where would you turn it in?
Check the board: if it says turn in last night's hw it will go in your class period drawer.
What should I do if Ms. Chandler is not at the door during passing period/before class is starting?
Wait in the hallway against the white board desk. Try not to block students passing. NEVER enter the room if Ms. Chandler is not there.
What should I be doing when the bell rings for class to start?
Working on the warm-up. You MUST show work. You can still write what you type in Desmos.

What do I do if I don't have a pencil/pen for class?
First ask a friend.
Second, borrow from the board - put your name - return at the end of class and erase your name.
How do you request to use the bathroom, visit the nurse, etc.
Ideally do this during the passing period. If you need to go during class try to do so NOT during notes. I will put this in Minga - DO NOT request a pass in Minga - I won't see it. Also do not abuse this.
Where do my notes/practice go at the end of class?
You will keep all notes in a binder (that's why they are whole punched)
DO NOT just shove your notes into your backpack - practice being organized

NO! No communication or recording devices.

Check the board for the topic and what you will need to be able to do by the end of notes/while practicing independently.
What should I do if I am absent?
Check Canvas - this is the best option to not fall behind.

SEATS - once all letters are gone, you get assigned seats.
When do you think is the BEST time to come to tutoring?
BEFORE a test or quiz. That way you can know the material before being assessed.
But...anytime is acceptable when I'm available even if just for a question or 2.
