Intentional: Posting, reposting, reacting, and commenting to posts na may pinaparinggan sa social media with the intention to hurt others.
Unintentional: Posting, reposting, reacting, and commenting to posts or through chats with derogatory or discriminatory language, without the intention to hurt others (may be in a form of jokes)
Give one way on how a person becomes an instigator of Online Hate Speech and explain how to to address it.
