The degree of attention, curiosity, interest, optimism, and passion that students show when being taught.

To be encouraging, a shoulder to cry on, providing positive reinforcement.
What is a Mother?
This occurs when a student earns academic credits that are recognized by two or more institutions.
What is dual credit?
When teachers establish a consistent, daily routine that begins when students enter the classroom.

Having students work in groups, or creating contests that they can compete in.

Being their voice, instilling in them the tools needed to achieve their goals.

Monitoring student moods, providing counseling or other services to support students.
